Salsa Blackeye Pea – Bush Brothers recipe
1 Can 15.8 oz Bush’s Blackeye Peas, drained
1 Can White shoepeg corn, drained
1 Can Diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano flavored)
1 Can Diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. Bottle Italian dressing
Chopped onion to tased
Chopped jalapeno to taste
Tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 ½ hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
6-7 servings.
