Black Bean Hummus

Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

1 can Black beans, drained
1/2 clove garlic
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin [She used roasted cumin.]
1/2 T of olive oil
1/4 C Salsa

Place drained black beans in blender.
Add the garlic, lime juice, cumin, olive oil and salsa into blender.
Pulse blender on and off to make a sauce consistency.  As it blends, may let blender run.
Watch closely.  Don't want to over blend yet do want to thoroughly mix ingredients.

Pour and scrape into a dipping bowl or storage bowl.  Store in refrigerator, covered.

Serve with tortilla dip chips or similar chip.
