Lush Slush Shirley
Makes 1 gallon
In one gallon container mix together:
48 oz pineapple juice
1 large frozen lemonade concentrate
6 oz cream of coconut
2 Cups (1 pint) vodka or Rum
Put in freezer overnight. Fill glasses 2/3 full and fill up with 7-UP or gingerale.
This recipe can be halved.
Don’t drink this and drive.
