Homemade Hot Chocolate–Penzey’s Spices

Homemade Hot Chocolate–Penzey’s Spices
Combine:
4 C milk
3 T sugar
1-2 T Natural Cocoa
Dash Cinnamon
Vanilla to taste.
[It is probably good to mix sugar and cocoa and cinnamon together and blend the milk slowly into them to prevent lumping.]
Heat in a heavy saucepan. Top with mini-marshmallows.
